Problem WIth ANgKoT

Last Monday, a beautiful day to swim. Yeah, as a part of daily's routine, school opens an alternative sport of swimming. I have taken it as my choice, so I have to go there every week (imagine Rumah Sosis at LEMBANG, and our school is at PASIRKALIKI, so far, and there is no transportation for us, exept angkot, which we still have to pay by our self).
Gwarsh..... After a very tiring full day at the school, we (Jansen, Andika, me, and Jelinda) went to the angkot picking spot, and waited there. 3 angkots passed to that spot before we took 1. The first was too crowded (especially for Jansen, he is counted as 3 people). After about 4 minutes, the second angkot came. It was crowded too. And after about 10 minutes, the third one arrived. It seemed that this angkot is perfect. No one was at the angkot, so we got in to the angkot.
The angkot went on, and we talked with each other to kill the time. However, the angkot stopped at Hasan Sadikin and 'ngetem' for about 10 minutes! We still thought it was normal. Then the angkot went on again (after noone was getting in for 10 minutes). Not until 200 metres, the angkot stopped again. Me, as the most stupid one didn't think too much, and kept talking. The angkot repeated his action until 5 times. After we finally arrived at the opening of Lembang (still about 750 metres from Rumah Sosis) the angkot driver suddenly pushed on the gas, and there the angkot jumps. The angkot suddenly sped up. I felt that I should begin to praise the God. Suddenly the angkot stopped again. Now a police officer came and gave a sign paper to the angkot driver, because he disturbed the traffic (the angkot driver was told to give his SIM right away). Unfortunately for the police officer, the angkot driver's SIM had been taken from the last violence he had done. Then, the officer was gone.
After about 5 minutes, we finally arrived (we should had arrived at 2.15, but we arrived at 3.00). We still had to pay 3000 each of us. Where is justice? Everyone had gone home, just a couple of people were there. So we swam as quickly as possible and went home.
