Whaa.... mom, I am getting heavier and heavier!! Eits, that's OK, as long as you get taller. Both my mom and dad usually say that the height of a person and the weight should be balanced. They usually give me the 'rough' equation about the balance. The balance of a normal person should be the height - 100. Yeah you can get more weight but you should get taller. But how if you are getting fatter without getting taller? That's one of the today's people troubles. There are many reasons for this unbalance, here are some:
- People are eating junk food
Nowadays, in such a very efficient world, people need to be fast and active. There is no time for eating especially for making food. Because of those things, the people begin to make a 'fast draft' food. This fast draft food is really dangerous. They cause cancer, chirhosis, and many other kind of decease. Also this food causes obesity (lack of roughage). - People are now easy to stress
In such hard world to leave, the people have to cover very many works for the last of their own living. The people begin to stretch them self to do many things in short time. If we stretch our self, the brain will get the adrenaline hormone spreads through the body, and the more hormones mean more stress. Many people get rid of their stress by eating. That makes people more and more stress.
So, how? How to make our body slim? There are also many ways to have diet, here are some:
- Drink water before eating every day
Drinking water at least 3 cups of water will decrease your empty volume in stomach. This will make you eat less than usual. Also drinking water will make your digestion system moves faster, and contract more. Water will also make our metabolism a little bit faster. And will make more fat burnt. - Do not pig up
A lot of calories come from the snack you eat for supper or brunch, and also from cakes that you eat every day. They contain a lot of calories, fat, carbohydrates but not the roughage, vitamine, protein, mineral. This will make your body pile all of those surplus of substances in the fat. Also you shouldn’t eat after 7 p.m. This will make your body fatter. - Have a regular sport
Of course, if you move, the body will burn the surplus of carbohydrates, fat for the energy. Sport will also train your heart, body, and muscle, decrease the ratio of risks to get the heart attack. - Eat regular roughage
Roughage is used to make our stomach fuller, and also to speed up the digestion system, which won’t make you look fatter. This roughage can be found from the vegetables, fruits. And a part of a balance diet. - Have a regular consultation with the doctor.
