After we all took a bath, we got in to the car, and started to wonder arround. Finally we found a kind of kiosk which sold Pecel Lele and Duck. Our family rushed in. My first image was this place is dirty. And at the corner, I saw a woman sitting with her child. She was grubbing up her nail with a knife. Really disgusting. The next few minutes, my parents ordered 2 pecel lele, 2 chickens, and 1 duck. The meal was cooked quickly. And in the next 5 minutes, the food had been served for us.
We ate hungrily and rushly. My father ordered 2 more pecel lele (1 for me, which I actually didn't want), and my sister added 1 more chicken.. After about 17 minutes, we had finished our meal. We returned home, after paying the bill (70 thousand rupiahs, really cheap). Fhew. At the way home, I caughted and caughted. Gyaah!! At home, I had just realized that the 'chef' cooked using a not clean (had been used) cooking oil. Yeah, and I just remembered that when I ate the pecel, I saw some drops of black (like oli in car) liquid. Wueks. I also remembered that too much eating this kind of oil made someone become alzheimer quicklier!
The lesson I got is:
- Never eat at the side of the road!
- Don't use used oil (just 2 or 3 times is OK)
